CVCMF is thrilled to announce that our 2011 season not only kicks off with great music, but amazing cuisine as well! Waterloo native John Andreas is returning to the Cedar Valley with his vast repertoire of contemporary Midwest cuisine. John is the Executive Chef and Beverage Director of BOS located within the elegant Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel. Chef Andres has accepted our invitation to share his own art at our post-concert reception. Come hear works by Dvorak and Brahms then stay for works created by Chef John Andres.
